Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our Relocation Department team in our Madison, WI corporate office. This key role will coordinate the relocation process for incoming and/or outgoing clients. Assigns a sales agent to the transaction and performs a variety of administrative activities to ensure a superior client experience. Maintains relationships with agents, corporate relocation contacts and partners. Handles running and creating department reports as needed. This is a hybrid role, working in office 2-3 days per week, working 30 hours/week Monday through Friday.
