Job Description
IT Project manager
About Mercedes‑Benz
Mercedes‑Benz is one of the world’s most admired brands—standing for innovation, safety, quality, and design. Across our global network, we’re transforming how people and goods move by scaling software‑defined products, data‑driven operations, and sustainable manufacturing.
Why Vitoria, Spain
Located in the heart of the Basque Country, Vitoria‑Gasteiz offers the best of both worlds: a welcoming, green city with an outstanding quality of life, and fast connections to the Atlantic coast and mountain regions. Expect a vibrant food culture, outdoor lifestyles (hiking, cycling, surfing), and a strong sense of community—an attractive base for you and your family.
Work with impact
At the Vitoria site, you’ll collaborate with international partners, apply modern technologies, and take ownership for meaningful deliverables that support our vehicles, plants, and customers. We value openness, direct communication, and teamwork—and we give you the space and responsibility needed to make a difference.
Who We Are
We design smart and innovative IT solutions for the global and complex processes of the Mercedes‑Benz Global Supply Chain. As an IT Business Analyst in international supply logistics, you will take end‑to‑end responsibility from day one — covering the analysis, planning and implementation of business requirements in our applications.
You will collaborate closely with experts from the business departments as well as with internal and external service providers. Within the team, we maintain a strong culture of continuous knowledge sharing to stay fast, efficient and up to date. Lifelong learning and personal development of our team members are essential to us.
We are a team of 10 highly motivated and friendly colleagues who genuinely look forward to welcoming your support. We work smart, collaboratively, and with passion, creating a harmonious environment where everyone contributes to shared success.
Open, direct communication at eye level is important to us. We maintain regular exchanges, value constructive and honest dialogue, and believe in a culture built on trust and respect.
You will work with state‑of‑the‑art technologies and collaborate with international project partners across the Mercedes‑Benz network. In our team, you will take ownership of projects and drive diverse, meaningful tasks that have a significant impact on our entire organization.
