We are looking for a Customer Excellence & Sales Enablement Leader to drive the transformation of our global sales organization within the Fluid Connectors Division.
In this high-impact role, you will shape how we engage with customers worldwide—combining customer-centric strategy, digital transformation, and sales excellence. You will work closely with senior leadership and act as a key contributor to global strategic decisions.

🚀 Drive Sales Excellence & Operational Efficiency
- Optimize global sales processes (account management, value selling)
- Define KPIs and performance frameworks to improve sales effectiveness
- Leverage data to continuously refine customer engagement and services
💡 Lead Customer Experience Strategy
- Define and implement the global Customer Experience (CX) strategy
- Own and enhance the end-to-end customer journey (digital & physical)
- Establish CX metrics (NPS, satisfaction, loyalty) and drive improvement initiatives
- Ensure a consistent, high-quality experience across all touchpoints
🧩 Shape Sales Enablement & Transformation
- Define and execute a global Sales Enablement strategy
- Drive adoption of strategic selling methodologies (e.g. SPIN or similar)
- Support development of digital and channel sales capabilities
- Ensure alignment between global strategy and local execution
🛠 Own Global Sales Tools & Platforms
- Act as business owner for CRM, Sales Enablement Platforms, and LMS
- Lead CRM evolution and define future-ready system requirements
- Drive training, learning journeys, and Sales Academy initiatives
- Ensure high data quality, adoption, and effective usage across regions
🤝 Lead & Collaborate Globally
- Lead and develop global teams and cross-functional communities
- Foster a customer-centric and performance-driven culture
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Pricing, and IT
- Represent the division in global and cross-functional initiatives
✅ What You Bring
- 10+ years of experience in Customer Experience, Sales Enablement, Commercial Excellence, or Sales Operations
- Proven experience leading global transformation programs in matrix organizations
- Strong hands-on experience with CRM systems and sales enablement tools
- Background in strategic selling methodologies and sales transformation
- Strong project management and stakeholder influence skills
- Fluent English (additional languages like French or German are a plus)
- Strong analytical mindset with affinity for digital tools, data, and AI
