Job Description
JOB SUMMARY The Epic Analyst is responsible for the configuration, implementation, and optimization of Epic Systems to support clinical and business processes within the organization. You will work closely with healthcare providers, operational teams, and IT staff to ensure that Epic software is aligned with the organization’s goals and workflows. The Epic Analyst will be instrumental in troubleshooting, resolving system issues, and providing support and training to end-users to ensure the successful use of Epic Systems in delivering high-quality patient care.
