Channel Sales Manager, SEA

Compensation: $8,000 - $12,000 / month
Description
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the Southeast Asia channel sales strategy
- Recruit, manage, and grow distributor and partner networks across SEA
- Drive revenue, pipeline growth, and partner performance against targets
- Enable partners through training, joint sales activities, and deal support
- Conduct regular partner reviews, forecasting, and pipeline management
- Support key customer opportunities alongside channel partners
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
- Collaborate with internal sales, service, and marketing teams
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
- 8+ years of B2B sales experience, with at least 5 years in channel or partner sales
- Proven experience managing distributors or reseller partners across multiple countries
- Strong knowledge of solution‑based or capital equipment sales
- Experience in banking, retail, cash management, automation, or related industries is preferred
- Strong commercial, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Ability to work independently in a regional, matrix environment
- Fluent in English; additional Southeast Asian languages are an advantage
- Willingness to travel regularly across Southeast Asia
