We’re looking for an experienced Advanced Practice Clinician (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our team in Portland, OR. We have positions available at our clinics in NW Portland, Gresham Square, Lloyd Center, and Happy Valley. This highly valued position supports our department by alternating clinic time with managing In Basket work for colleagues. This role offers flexibility and work-life balance with opportunities to work from home. The ideal candidate will have a passion for primary care and caring for adult and geriatric patients, as well as skillful In Basket practices.
Our Internal Medicine Department is growing! We currently have 6 Physicians and 3 Advanced Practice Clinicians in Oregon, and 31 physicians and 23 Advanced Practice Clinicians (including 9 APC Hybrids) across both OR and WA.
Hybrid details:
50/50 split - managing your primary care panel & providing In Basket coverage
Minimum of 2 years of primary care clinical experience required - new graduates are not eligible
Candidate must reside in either Oregon or Washington
Position details:
Full-time (1.0 FTE)
Flexible schedule (4 days/week)
100% outpatient; shared call among Oregon clinicians (phone only)
Compensation is salary model based on years of experience $131,319 - $159,432
