Responsibilities:
- Own creator ecosystem growth for TikTok Shop Affiliate in Brazil. Develop lifecycle strategies across creator acquisition, activation, growth and retention, and be responsible for key metrics including creator scale, activity, commerce performance and ecosystem health.
- Develop a deep understanding of the creator journey, leveraging business insights and data analysis to formulate localized growth strategies and operational solutions. Continuously improve creator performance through incentives, campaign mechanisms, traffic strategies and product capabilities.
- Develop growth strategies and goal management for affiliate partners. Establish partners segmentation, growth paths and incentive mechanisms to drive partners expansion and high-quality creator supply.
- Partner with Product, Algorithm, Industry and Data teams to productize and scale growth strategies, continuously improving operational efficiency, team productivity and resource ROI.
- Monitor business performance, identify key issues and growth opportunities, and drive strategy iteration and key initiatives to achieve sustainable business growth.
Minimum Qualification(s):
- Bachelor's degree or above with 3+ years of experience in strategy operations, growth operations, e-Commerce operations or business analytics.
- Strong business acumen and structured problem-solving skills, with the ability to independently analyze problems, develop strategies, drive projects and evaluate outcomes.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset, with the ability to identify business opportunities and key issues through data insights and continuously optimize strategies.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with Product, Algorithm, Industry and Data teams to drive complex initiatives.
- Passionate about content e-commerce, creator ecosystems and growth, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

- Project Management: Excellent project management and execution skills, including creating timelines, managing budgets, and coordinating teams to meet objectives.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication skills to effectively convey marketing plans and strategies to internal and external stakeholders.
- Analytical Skills: Proficient in analyzing data and metrics to measure the success of marketing campaigns and apply learning iterations for continuous improvement.
- Collaborative Skills: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including internal departments (Marketing, Creators, Merchants, PR, GR, CSR, Legal, FinTech, Logistics, Industry Team) and Regional Teams (Marketing, Product).
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure all marketing materials are accurate, campaign setups are timely, and execution is error-free.
