What You'll Do Positively contribute toward revenue growth through a customized onboarding experience that includes recommending a tailored enrollment strategy, driving member participation and encouraging meaningful connections. Provides outstanding service, including creative solutions for client needs and key communication updates to all parties involved. Acts as a consultant to internal and external partners. Improve Customer Outcomes (Premium Growth): Use a proactive and consultative approach to lead the customer experience by providing expertise for enrollment solutions. Consult on planning and creative ways to increase voluntary participation. Encourage long-term engagement with our customers that results in repeat business and referrals. Encourage innovation and adaptation to meet evolving customer needs. Relationship and Business Development: Strengthen the local approach and the benefits it offers customers by continuously building connections, working both autonomously and alongside the sales team. Encourage transparent and efficient communication with internal and external clients. Recognize patterns and customer needs to direct the creation of new products or services. Establish and maintain solid broker relationships while presenting oneself as a reliable industry authority. Management of Onboarding: Maintain an organized approach to task management to ensure smooth workflows. Effectively communicate the scope of work, deliverables and timelines to external customers. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless transitions of tasks and deliverables. Lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a successful and positive relationship. Onboarding Meetings/Client Contact: Participate in finalist presentations to showcase our solutions for voluntary business growth. Review and gather all necessary information to tailor the onboarding call to the client's needs while anticipating potential needs. Improve member engagement by encouraging effective customer communication and promoting employee education initiatives. Provide expert knowledge on products and onboarding capabilities. Be a subject matter expert of sold proposals and communicate the impact of policy provisions to customers. Customer Experience: Ensure clients receive high-quality service and are responsible for the overall customer experience. Build partnerships by demonstrating integrity and mutual respect. Act as the primary onboarding contact for our customers, ensuring consistent and effective communication with all parties. Serve as an introduction point for clients to other departments, helping them connect with the right teams to support their needs post-onboarding. Perform other job-related duties and special projects as assigned. Who You Are Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, plus 3+ years of related experience in group benefits services, marketing or sales required Must acquire Life & Health licenses within 3 months and apply for required non-resident licenses Must maintain licenses by meeting continuing education requirements Requires broad understanding of insurance operations, products, and concepts with the ability to implement marketing strategies and systems Requires strong planning, organizational, problem-solving and time management skills with the flexibility to adjust to changing priorities Requires strong verbal and written communication skills along with the ability to build meaningful relationships and encourage producer behavior Must be self-directed with little direction from management Some travel may be required including overnight stays (5%) Salary Range Information Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Salary Range (Non-Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly) $32.79 - $44.42 / hour Time Off Program Personal Time Off (PTO) is provided to hourly (non-exempt) employees and provides a set amount of accrued time earned each pay period. Employees can use their PTO for vacation, personal or short-term illness.
