Senior Audiologist/Product Trainer

Job Description

We are looking for an adaptable and motivated Senior Audiologist/Product Trainer to join our Wholesale team. In this role, you will deliver audiological and product training to our business partners across the region, while working closely with the SEA Clinical Excellence team to support clinical excellence and strategic growth initiatives.

What you will do

  • Conduct onboarding and refresher trainings for new and existing business partners on product features, benefits and basic troubleshooting for WSA brands (Sivantos and Widex)

  • Prepare, develop and refine training materials such as presentation slides and supporting tools

  • Provide prompt technical support on products, equipment and software, including on-site and off-site troubleshooting for customers

  • Support the after-sales service workflow and assist customers through the repair process

  • Engage new business and channel partners with relevant product information and demonstrations to support strategic growth initiatives, including for non-traditional channels

  • Collaborate with the SEA Clinical Excellence team to develop, refine and localise clinical supporting tools, and contribute to regional webinars and workshops.

What you bring

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in audiology, product training or a related field

  • Bachelor’s degree in Audiology (or equivalent), with confidence in presenting and good communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Good planning, prioritisation and time management abilities

  • Good problem-solving, analytical, organisational and interpersonal skills

  • Proficient in MS Office and PowerPoint, with a motivated approach to learning and developing new skills

  • Flexibility to travel around Malaysia on a regular basis, approximately 50% of working time.
