The International Revenue Enablement Specialist plays a critical role in supporting global sales operations and revenue growth for Aspen Surgical. This position focuses on enabling international sales teams through detailed product support, logistics coordination, cross-referencing of products, and proactive customer engagement. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, customer-focused, and a motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment. In This Position, You Will Have the Opportunity To
Revenue Enablement & Sales Support
Support international sales teams with product information, pricing guidance, and order coordination to help drive revenue growth.
Assist distributors and customers with product cross-referencing to ensure accurate product selection and conversion opportunities.
Prepare and support sales quotes, product recommendations, RFP submissions, and customer-facing documentation.
Proactive cross reference backordered items, provide open order reports to customers, and proactive upselling.
Be the point project manager for large tender opportunities.
Customer & Distributor Support
Serve as a key point of contact for international customers and distribution partners regarding product availability, specifications, and ordering processes.
Maintain a high level of responsiveness and professionalism in resolving customer inquiries and product-related questions.
Work closely with sales representatives to ensure seamless communication and service for international accounts.
Logistics & Order Coordination
Coordinate closely with logistics, supply chain, and customer service teams to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of international orders.
Monitor order status, shipment timelines, and documentation requirements for global shipments.
Assist the Regulatory department in navigating international shipping requirements, documentation, and distributor coordination.
Process Improvement
Identify opportunities to improve internal processes that support international sales efficiency and customer experience.
Maintain organized documentation and resources that support global sales enablement.
Proactively solve problems and anticipate customer or sales team needs.
What You Need to Succeed in This Position
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Sales, or related field preferred.
2 years of experience in healthcare industry supporting sales, revenue enablement, customer operations, logistics coordination, or similar role a plus.
Key characteristics include detail-oriented, customer-focused, self-starter, commercial mindset, logistics awareness, & growth-oriented.
Intermediate level of proficiency in excel and experience in Salesforce.com
Bi-lingual in English and Spanish
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
