Senior Procurement Manager

You will lead strategic sourcing for Asset Recovery and Light-Duty Fleet by managing a Regional Sourcing Manager and Procurement/Asset Recovery Associates Set sourcing strategy, prioritize initiatives, and oversee request for proposal processes Further, you will guide supplier selection and lead negotiations to achieve cost, quality, and service targets Develop and manage an enterprise-wide Asset Recovery Program covering recycling, disposal, resale, and global strategy rollout Maximize value and sustainability of surplus, obsolete, and end-of-life assets through innovative disposition, marketing, and redeployment Manage supplier relationships and conduct complex negotiations with auctions, consignment partners, original equipment manufacturers, and service providers Ensure asset disposition complies with regulatory, environmental, legal, and corporate policies Also. you will collaborate with global stakeholders and strategic business units to set strategy, lead sourcing initiatives, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement and sustainability
