Payroll Specialist Lead

You will take ownership of end-to-end payroll processes for assigned jurisdictions, with a strong focus on Poland, while contributing to the continuous improvement and scalability of global payroll operations. Working in a fully remote, globally distributed team, you will collaborate closely with Finance, Tax, Product, and Operations stakeholders to ensure payroll integrity and compliance. This role requires both hands-on payroll expertise and the ability to influence process improvements across systems and workflows. You will also contribute to automation initiatives and AI-enabled enhancements that improve efficiency and accuracy.
