In this role, you'll play a key part in human resources operations, working alongside a dynamic team that values innovation, collaboration, and continuous growth.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Manage Tier 1 tickets and higher-level process-driven queries and elevations from WFA Assistance regarding Employee Life Cycle, Time & Pay, as well as respond to day-to-day HR-related inquiries using ServiceNow and Workday to provide prompt and effective responses.

  • Support Workforce Administration activities such as Hiring, Onboarding, Offboarding, Job Changes (Promotions, Personal Data Changes, etc.), Time & Absence management and Payroll processes such as pay queries, time input and approval, time off, and absence requests.

  • Subject Matter Expert collaborative with end-to-end process participants on at least one process area.

  • Escalate complex issue to Workforce Administration Analyst, Payroll Support Tier 2 or Team Lead

  • Provide training or buddying support to more recent hires to resolve straightforward HR inquiries and issues based on predefined guidelines and knowledge articles.

  • Provide feedback on process improvements and contribute to the continuous enhancement of Tier 1 services and supporting the implementation of solutions when necessary.

  • Participate in and support HR-related projects, systems, and technologies. Present findings, recommendations, and project updates to key stakeholders.

  • Ensure adherence to SLAs (Service Level Agreement) for response and resolution times while adhere to the quality framework standards.

  • Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism in all interactions. Demonstrate the confidence and knowledge to bring any queries to a satisfactory and timely resolution.

  • • Strong relationship management with Convatec colleagues and stakeholders in satisfactory resolution of inquiries and requests.

  • • Work closely with various stakeholders to gather input, assess needs, and ensure alignment across business units - Service Delivery Team (WFA, Rewards & Benefits, L&D, Talent Acquisition), COE (Payroll, HRIS @ PSX team, HR population (People Partners, HRBP, PMO), IT provisioning and access team, Finance T&E team, Managers and Employees.

To be successful you will:

  • Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Proficiency in written and spoken English is required; other language skills (European, Asian, or Spanish) are advantageous

  • Preferred experience with HR systems and customer service tools such as Workday, Service Now, SAP, MS 365, and MS Teams

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Effective stakeholder management and presenting skills

  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Demonstrated prudence when handling confidential information

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace
