Production Planner – Procurement Focus

Ben jij een planner met ervaring in een productieomgeving en toe aan een volgende stap waarbij je meer impact maakt op beschikbaarheid van materialen en continuïteit van het productieproces? Dan is dit jouw kans.

In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het plannen en afstemmen van productieactiviteiten, met een sterke focus op procurement. Je zorgt ervoor dat de juiste materialen op het juiste moment beschikbaar zijn, zodat de productie soepel en zonder verstoringen kan draaien.

Je werkt nauw samen met collega’s van productie, procurement en supply om vraag en capaciteit optimaal op elkaar af te stemmen. Door jouw ervaring als planner weet je als geen ander hoe belangrijk het is om vooruit te denken, prioriteiten te stellen en snel bij te sturen waar nodig.

Daarnaast gebruik je jouw ervaring in back office sales en orderafhandeling om klantvraag goed te begrijpen en orders efficiënt te vertalen naar een haalbare productieplanning.

Wat ga je doen?

• Opstellen en bewaken van de productieplanning op korte en middellange termijn

• Afstemmen met procurement over materiaalbeschikbaarheid en leveranciersprestaties

• Signaleren van knelpunten en proactief aandragen van oplossingen

• Continu verbeteren van planningsprocessen en samenwerking tussen afdelingen

• Zorgen voor een optimale balans tussen vraag, capaciteit en voorraden

• Back office sales / orderafhandeling:

• Verwerken, controleren en bevestigen van klantorders in het ERP-systeem

• Bewaken van ordervoortgang en communiceren van levertijden naar interne en externe stakeholders

• Afstemmen met sales, klanten en productie over wijzigingen, prioriteiten en leverafspraken

• Beheren van ordergegevens en zorgen voor een correcte administratieve verwerking

• Signaleren van afwijkingen in orders (bijv. levertijden, volumes) en hier proactief op acteren

• Ondersteunen van sales bij klantvragen, klachten en aftersalesprocessen

Wat breng jij mee?

• Ervaring als planner binnen een productieomgeving

• Ervaring in back office sales en/of orderafhandeling

• Sterk analytisch vermogen en een gestructureerde manier van werken

• Proactieve houding en het vermogen om snel te schakelen

• Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en een natuurlijke samenwerkingsstijl

• Ervaring met ERP-systemen is een pré
