Job Description

Customer Service Representative – Global Wave Group 

Location: Albany, Auckland (Office based)  

Reports to: Customer Service Lead 

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Handle customer inquiries via online chat and email, assisting clients with issues and questions. 
  • Coordinate communication between customers and internal departments. 
  • Work closely with the sales team to address daily sales-related matters. 

 

Essential Requirements 

  • Previous customer service experience is preferred. 
  • Experience in stock or securities trading is a plus. 
  • Proficiency in English, Mandarin, ThaiFilipino, Malay or Vietnamese. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.). 
  • Strong communication and adaptability skills with a responsible work attitude. 
  • Able to work efficiently with team leaders to meet team objectives. 
  • Willing to work non-standard New Zealand business hours.
