Job Description
Customer Service Representative – Global Wave Group
Location: Albany, Auckland (Office based)
Reports to: Customer Service Lead
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via online chat and email, assisting clients with issues and questions.
- Coordinate communication between customers and internal departments.
- Work closely with the sales team to address daily sales-related matters.
Essential Requirements
- Previous customer service experience is preferred.
- Experience in stock or securities trading is a plus.
- Proficiency in English, Mandarin, Thai, Filipino, Malay or Vietnamese.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Strong communication and adaptability skills with a responsible work attitude.
- Able to work efficiently with team leaders to meet team objectives.
- Willing to work non-standard New Zealand business hours.
