- International Travel Coordination: Book, confirm, modify, and cancel complex international and domestic flight itineraries for employees, optimizing routes for time efficiency and cost.
- Hotel & Lodging Management: Secure appropriate hotel accommodations globally, negotiating corporate rates when necessary and ensuring bookings comply with maximum allowable limits per the travel policy.
- Policy Adherence & Cost Control: Serve as the gatekeeper for the company Travel Policy, ensuring all bookings are compliant and maximizing savings by identifying and utilizing preferred vendors and corporate discounts.
- Visa and Documentation: Assist employees with necessary visa, passport, and customs documentation requirements for international travel.
- Expense Coordination: Work closely with the Finance team to reconcile travel invoices and ensure accurate billing.
- Other procurement activities assigned by the Team Lead from time to time.
