Job Description
We’re on the lookout for a DTC Operations Coordinator to join our team and support the day-to-day rhythm of our stores across Australia and New Zealand. This role is all about connection, coordination and execution — making sure our store teams have the information, tools and support they need to deliver an exceptional Levi’s® experience for every fan, every day.
The Role
Reporting to the DTC Operations Manager, you’ll play a key role in bringing retail plans to life. You’ll support store communications, coordinate operational processes, maintain key platforms and trackers, and help make sure our stores stay informed, compliant and ready to execute with confidence.
What You’ll Own
- Be a key support contact for store teams, helping resolve queries and escalate issues when needed.
- Keep communication clear, timely and action-focused across platforms such as Yoobic, Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.
- Coordinate meeting notes, actions and follow-ups so everyone stays aligned and accountable.
- Support day-to-day store operations including promotions, stocktake planning, consumables, vendor coordination and purchase orders.
- Maintain trackers, registers and reporting to give the business visibility and support better decision-making.
- Partner across functions to support retail initiatives, operational rollouts, compliance processes and store support activity.
About You
You’re organised, curious and calm under pressure. You love getting things done, making life easier for others and bringing structure to a fast-paced retail environment. You communicate clearly, follow through on the details and know when to ask questions or escalate.
You’ll bring strong attention to detail, a positive team mindset, confidence with Microsoft 365, and an interest in retail operations, systems and the fan experience.
