
DTC Data Analyst
Job Description
As our DTC Data Analyst, you’ll play a critical role in supporting commercial and operational performance through clear, actionable data insights. You’ll work closely with the DTC Operations Manager and partners across Finance, Marketing, and Planning to drive a more data-informed culture across the business.
What You’ll Own
Insights & Performance
- Deliver reporting across key DTC metrics including sales, labour, productivity, conversion, and customer experience
- Analyse trends to identify risks, opportunities, and key drivers of performance
- Translate data into clear, relevant insights for stakeholders
- Support trading updates and performance reviews with data-backed storytelling
- Track key initiatives against targets and highlight areas that need attention
Forecasting & Commercial Impact
Support forecasting and reforecasting using historical data and trends
Assist in setting targets and tracking performance against plan
Provide data inputs to support promotions, trading periods, and retail calendar execution
Identify opportunities to optimise sales, labour, and operational efficiency
Contribute insights to store network and location planning decisions
Collaboration
Partner with teams across Finance, Marketing, and Planning to align insights
Act as a key point of contact for data-related queries and requests
Support cross-functional projects with accurate and timely data
Champion a data-led mindset across the ANZ business
Systems & Data
Maintain reporting tools, dashboards, and data sources
Extract and consolidate data from retail, eCommerce, and operational platforms
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data outputs
Identify and implement process improvements to streamline reporting
Support adoption of new tools and systems
About You
You’re naturally curious, detail-oriented, and confident working with data. You know how to turn numbers into meaningful insights and communicate them in a way that drives action.

Your Technical Toolkit
Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft 365
Experience with reporting/visualisation tools (e.g. Data Studio or similar)
Familiarity with retail or eCommerce data and systems
Understanding of key retail metrics such as sales, conversion, and productivity
Ability to maintain, improve, and streamline reporting processes
Confidence learning new systems and tools quickly
