Corporate Banking Department-Commercial Real Estate (CRE) AVP

The incumbent will manage all aspects of the customer relationship, new loan and closed loan modification vetting, loan underwriting, prepare credit memo, coordinating and performing travel and site inspections of subject opportunities and comparable properties, coordinate with RMD for credit approvals, present to credit approval committee and respond to inquiries and post lending functions including but not limited to annual loan reviews, management and compliance with loan covenants and identifying loan performance issues, communicate to senior management and recommending/executing solutions. Follow KYC /BSA /AML and all other compliance activities relating to new and legacy loans.
