Responsibilities Working in a dynamic, international environment with global clients across multiple markets Independent end-to-end management of complex campaign projects, covering a full spectrum of ATL and BTL assets, including digital, print, video, and social content Leading production of diverse deliverables such as TVC adaptations, online video, post-production tasks, eRetail content, banners, newsletters, and event materials Ownership of the entire project lifecycle – from brief analysis, planning and resource allocation through execution, delivery, and post-project evaluation Close, ongoing collaboration with internal teams (creative, production, studio, LS) as well as external stakeholders and vendors Supervision over all phases of production to ensure quality, consistency, and alignment with client expectations and technical requirements Managing projects using dedicated project management tools and tracking progress via customized dashboards Driving process improvements and introducing solutions that optimize ways of working and ensure best-in-class delivery standards Facilitating agile workflows and ceremonies to maintain effective communication and remove project blockers Proactive risk management, troubleshooting, and ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget Qualifications Very good English (written and spoken) – a must-have prerequisite Minimum 2 years of experience in campaign content production or a similar project management role Proven experience in managing end-to-end campaign production across both offline (ATL/BTL) and online channels Strong understanding of production processes for digital, print, and video assets, including TVC adaptations and post-production Practical knowledge of technical specifications and limitations across various asset types Experience in project planning, scheduling, and requirements analysis Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g. Jira, Trello, Asana, Teams, SharePoint) Strong organizational skills and ability to build effective relationships with both clients and internal stakeholders High level of ownership, autonomy, and decision-making capability Experience working on large-scale, multi-market production projects is a strong advantage Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail Additional information We offer the following: Opportunity to develop in a stable company with an established position in the market.
