• Oversee aircraft turnaround activities (loading, unloading, fueling, pushback)
• Ensure on-time departures and arrivals,
• Enforce ramp safety procedures and aviation regulations

• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions
• Supervise ramp agents, equipment operators, and ground crew
• Train and develop staff on procedures and safety standards
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of ground support equipment (GSE)
• Optimize resource utilization to improve efficiency
• Analyze operational data to improve efficiency

Qualification

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years in ground handling or airport operations
• Prior supervisory or management experience
• Strong knowledge of ramp safety and aviation procedures
• Leadership and team management skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
