We are looking for a strategic thinker who shares our values to join our team as a Marketing Lead. The ideal candidate is creative, data-driven, and passionate about delivering impactful marketing solutions. In this role, you will support the company brand by executing integrated campaigns, enhancing visibility, and leveraging AI tools to drive customer engagement and business growth across digital and traditional channels.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns.
Create compelling content across digital and traditional platforms.
Support brand visibility and ensure consistent messaging.
Conduct market research and analyze customer insights.
Leverage AI tools for content creation and campaign optimization.
Promote and monitor e-commerce and loyalty initiatives.
Maintain accurate product listings and marketing data.
Track campaign performance and prepare reports.
Coordinate in-store activations and outreach events.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
3 years of proven experience in marketing, with a focus on strategy development and execution.
Experience with digital marketing, content creation, and campaign management.
Experience with AI tools for marketing, analytics, or personalization is an asset.
Strong understanding of marketing principles, brand management, and retail promotions.
Strong understanding of and proficiency in digital marketing trends and tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
Proficiency in digital and AI-powered marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, email automation, ChatGPT, HubSpot AI, etc.).
Experience using social media platforms for marketing efforts.
Basic knowledge of SEO, SEM, and Google Analytics.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, sales trends and campaign performance.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced retail environment.
Ability to effectively use AI tools to generate content, automate tasks, and optimize campaigns.
Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone for multiple audiences.
Strong interpersonal skills for supplier negotiations, customer engagement, and cross-functional teamwork.
