We are looking for a talented individual who shares our values to join our team as a Marketing Coordinator. This position reports to the Sales and Marketing Manager.
THE ROLE:
The Marketing Coordinator's primary duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Assist in the development and execution of the brand plans and promotional activities as determined by the Sales and Marketing Manager.
- Conduct routine trade visits and reporting opportunities, out-of-stocks, competitive activity, and pricing discrepancies.
- Liaise with the Sales and Marketing Manager on suggestions related to improving brand visibility, promotional ideas, combating competitive activity, etc.
- Participate in the setup and break down of events or activities.
- Conduct site visits as required for promotions/events.
- Assist with digital marketing as required.
- Assist with the compilation of monthly reports, sales presentations, and proposals.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Marketing, or a related field
- At least two years of relevant work experience.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Computer and numeracy skills.
- Accurate with an eye for detail.
- Ability to perform with limited supervision.
- Willingness to work flexible hours.
- Access to reliable transportation
This position's salary and benefits package will be commensurate with the successful candidate’s qualifications and experience and include pension, medical and group life insurance.
