Facilities Manager (Ref HTD/113/FM)
Job Description
Reporting to the director of administration, you will be responsible for the management of services and processes that support the core business of the institution:
You will be involved in both strategic planning and day-to-day operations, particularly in relation to buildings and premises.
Co-ordinate procurement and contract management building and grounds maintenance, cleaning catering and vending, health and safety, security, utilities and communication infrastructure, space management.
Degree-qualified in facilities management or any related property management discipline (possession of a relevant post –graduate degree will be an advantage)
Minimum of 10 years experience in property management
Registration with relevant bodies is an advantage.
