š What You'll Do As An Assistant Manager
ā Support the Centre Director in overseeing daily operations and maintaining educational standards
ā Develop & deliver an engaging, high-quality curriculum tailored to childrenās needs
ā Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain health & safety standards
ā Provide leadership & mentorship to staff, ensuring a cohesive and motivated team
ā Enhance customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and promoting a positive nursery experience for families
ā Assist with administrative tasks, including scheduling, payroll, and recruitment
ā Manage operational records and support financial planning to ensure sustainability
šÆ Ideal Assistant Manager Candidate
š¹ Level 3 qualification or above in early years education
š¹ Experience in an early years setting, with supervisory experience an advantageāideally as a Nursery Room Leader, Nursery Room Manager, or Nursery Practitioner
š¹ Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills to inspire and support your team
š¹ Passionate about fostering childrenās development and creating positive relationships with families
