Location: Champion Towers, Bnei Brak (opposite Ayalon Mall) Work Schedule: Sunday–Thursday, 09:00–18:00 Hybrid Model: One work-from-home day per week Dog friendly offices Overview We are looking for an experienced and service-oriented Office Manager to join our team. This is a front-facing, hands-on role that combines office administration, schedule management, vendors coordination, employee welfare support, and day-to-day operational assistance. Responsibilities Manage executives' schedule and coordinate meetings. Provide ongoing administrative support for office operations. Handle expense reimbursements and related administrative processes. Work with suppliers, service providers, and couriers. Support employee welfare activities and internal office needs. Serve as the first point of contact at the front desk, including welcoming visitors and providing initial assistance. Help maintain an organized, efficient, and representative office environment. Qualifications At least 2 years of experience in administrative, office management, or similar operational role. Proven experience managing calendars and coordinating meetings. Experience in a front-facing role involving reception, visitor assistance, or customer-facing service. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks independently. High level of professionalism, discretion, and reliability.
