Job Description

The role is intentionally broad in scope, spanning launch readiness, ongoing operations, and strategic transformation initiatives to support evolving business needs. The successful candidate will operate in a highly dynamic environment, partnering across regions and functions to deliver a seamless customer and patient experience.
 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve end-to-end operational performance and customer experience
  • Drive launch readiness and/or ongoing operational excellence initiatives across cell therapy programs
  • Partner with global, regional, and local teams to ensure alignment on priorities, KPIs, and execution plans
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and lead implementation of scalable solutions
  • Enable knowledge sharing across regions to drive consistency and scalability
  • Contribute to strategic planning activities including capacity planning, market expansion, and business planning
  • Support alliance and cross-company collaboration where applicable

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
  • 10+ years in pharmaceutical or biotech, with strong commercial experience (sales, marketing, or analytics)
  • Experience partnering with commercial teams to drive business outcomes
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into action
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across global or regional teams
  • Ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
  • Strategic thinker with a strong execution focus
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in oncology, hematology, or cell therapy
  • Experience supporting commercial planning or business planning processes
  • Familiarity working across market access, supply, medical
  • Experience working with external alliances or partnerships
  • Exposure to process improvement or operational transformation

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :

$150,000.00 - $258,750.00

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:

Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).

This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive program.


Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:

Vacation –120 hours per calendar year
Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado –48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington –56 hours per calendar year
Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays –13 days per calendar year
Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
Parental Leave – 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child
Bereavement Leave – 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year
Caregiver Leave – 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period10 days
Volunteer Leave – 32 hours per calendar year
Military Spouse Time-Off – 80 hours per calendar year
