
Client Solutions Manager, Media and Entertainment (12 month fixed term contract) - Global Business Solutions - London
Job Description
The Client Solutions team partners closely with key clients and agencies to drive measurable business outcomes through TikTok’s advertising solutions. We work as strategic consultants, bringing together platform expertise, industry knowledge and a deep understanding of our clients’ goals.
Responsibilities: •Act as a trusted advisor for key Media and Entertainment clients, helping them maximise performance across TikTok through full-funnel solutions and platform innovation. •Lead client relationships end-to-end: from onboarding and campaign strategy, to execution, optimisation and reporting. •Collaborate with Brand Partnerships to support upsells, renewals, and strategic account growth, ensuring alignment on business priorities. •Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable, data-driven insights to optimise ROI, drive efficiency, and inform future investments. •Conduct regular business reviews, proactively identifying opportunities for growth and performance enhancement. •Manage campaign lifecycles, ensuring timely asset delivery, spec compliance, and platform readiness in collaboration with our campaign execution team. •Serve as a subject matter expert on TikTok ad solutions, supporting clients with education and onboarding around new tools, formats and measurement products. •Partner with internal teams including Product, Marketing Science, Measurement and Creative Lab to troubleshoot, test and scale bespoke solutions. •Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and help refine scalable best practices for the broader Client Solutions organisation.
Minimum Qualifications: •Experience in client solutions, account management, or digital advertising, ideally with a strong client-facing focus. •Proven experience managing multi-format advertising campaigns (branding and performance). •Good understanding of ad tracking and attribution tools (Pixel, Events API/CAPI, MMPs etc.). •Strong analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data and translate them into business recommendations. •Hands-on experience with campaign management, including set-up, monitoring and optimisation. •Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; comfortable working with visualisation tools. • Fluent written/verbal English language skills in order to communicate with clients
Preferred Qualifications: •Experience working with or within the Media and Entertainment industry. •Comfortable navigating fast-paced environments, ambiguity, and rapid change. •Previous experience in cross-functional project delivery with product or engineering teams. •Passion for the digital landscape and a deep understanding of social media trends
