YOUR SHOES TO FILL:

  • Lead the planning of 360° marketing initiatives across campaigns, retail, digital, and PR.
  • Own the monthly marketing narrative by defining communication themes and storytelling across platforms.
  • Manage and collaborate closely with external partners- social, creatives to ensure strong,consistent execution.
  • Own end-to-end retail communication, including visual merchandising, store storytelling, and on-ground activations.
  • Own and allocate the marketing budget across channels, ensuring effective planning, prioritization, and ROI-driven spends.
  • Oversee all brand communication across platforms including website, CRM, and retail, ensuring alignment with global and local guidelines.
  • Work closely with performance marketing teams to review campaigns, creatives, and outputs, ensuring alignment with brand direction.
  • Drive PR and brand visibility by aligning on key moments, launches, and partnerships with agency partners.
  • Maintain a strong lens on creative quality across all outputs, ensuring consistency in tone, design, and messaging.
  • Step in on content and visual development when required, with a strong command over brand voice and the ability to craft compelling campaign copy.
  • Track campaign performance and key marketing metrics, using insights to optimize spends and refine ongoing communication.

 

YOUR WALK OF LIFE:

  • Education / qualification: MBA- Marketing/Degree in a relevant discipline.
  • 10–14 years in marketing and communication, with strong exposure to brand, digital, and retail marketing within lifestyle or premium brands.
  • Strong understanding of integrated marketing and brand building
  • Experience in driving retail communication and visual merchandising
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and agency partners
  • Strong creative judgment and attention to detail.
  • Solid understanding of performance marketing and digital ecosystems
  • Hands-on approach with the ability to operate across functions
