Job Description

  • Frequent and extensive traveling within the job holder’s location.
  • Providing effective and visionary leadership for a fairly large and vibrant sales force.
  • Strategizing on how to cost-effectively achieve and surpass agreed performance target for the assigned sales territory.
  • Continuous expansion of the market share of the company via aggressive product promotion and sales canvassing, particularly at the institutional level.
  • Intelligence gathering and co-ordination of market and marketing research as a basis for advising top management on how to remain ahead of competitors
  • Hold a minimum of a very sound B.Pharm from a widely recognized university and registered by the Pharmacists council of Nigeria.
  • Possession of a PGD or an MBA with a strong bias in Marketing or BusinessAdminstration.
  • Be a high need for achievement (n-ach) individual.
  • Have a minimum of 3 years hands-on and post qualification experience either as a senior medical representative or regional manager in a reputable pharmaceutical firm.
  • Be between30- 40 years of age.
  • Be proficient in the use of Microsoft word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Not only possess a valid driver’s license, but must have driven for a long time.
  • Be ready to work in any part of Nigeria where their service are needed.
