- Monday - Friday 8:30 - 5:00pm
- Greet and direct customers: answer calls, welcome walk-ins, and connect each person
- with the right salesperson.
- Drive follow-up: chase outstanding estimates, proof approvals, and check in with firsttime customers to keep work moving and build repeat business.
- Support the sales team: help with day-to-day tasks and marketing materials.
- Keep orders on track: check in completed products and help move jobs to the finish line.
- Handle the books that matter: collect on outstanding invoices (accounts receivable),
- apply payments, and submit credit card receipts.
- Add the personal touch: write and send customer thank-you notes.
- Keep the center clean, organized, and ready for customers.
- Reliable: you show up, follow through, and people can count on you.
- Friendly with excellent customer service: you make people feel welcome and taken care
- of.
- Comfortable having difficult conversations: including direct, professional conversations
- about money and past-due balances. Collecting on overdue invoices is a real and
- important part of this role.
- Organized: you juggle multiple tasks and follow-ups without dropping the ball.
Ideal Qualifications
Required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–2 years in customer service, front desk, retail, or admin
- Comfortable communicating by phone and in person
- Strong computer skills — email, data entry, and willingness to learn order-management software (e.g. CoreBridge)
- Willingness to handle AR/collections calls and conversations about past-due balances
- Strong organization and the ability to juggle several tasks and follow-ups at once
- Dependable attendance and reliable transportation
- Prior experience in signs, print, or a production/manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with marketing tools — Canva, social media, email marketing
- Sales support or office coordination experience
- Bookkeeping or invoicing experience (AR, QuickBooks, applying payments)
