Role Overview
We are looking for a highly organized, "jack-of-all-trades" professional to join our San Antonio team. This role is the heartbeat of our e-commerce operations. You will support the Account Manager by ensuring our store is updated, our 25+ vendors are managed, and our digital files are kept in pristine order. The ideal candidate is a Google Workspace power user who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable jumping from a creative task to a logistical one at a moment's notice.
Core Responsibilities
• E-commerce Maintenance: Execute pricing updates, launch new products, and audit product thumbnails to ensure 100% brand consistency.
• User Support & Security: Manage users, issue logins, and troubleshoot front-end e-commerce issues.
• Procurement & Inventory: Manage order procurement, including writing purchase orders and tracking inventory.
• Digital Asset Management: Maintain a standardized filing system in Google Workspace so all team assets are easily searchable.
• Operations & Problem Solving: Troubleshoot order entry issues to streamline processes and handle light sales inquiries as needed.
• Collaboration: Attend weekly meetings with the Account Manager to ensure progress on short-term tasks and long-term goals.

Top candidates will demonstrate proficiency in the following areas:
• Google Workspace Mastery: Expert efficiency in Google Drive organization, Sheets (data entry/tracking), and Docs.
• Radical Adaptability: Proven ability to "context switch"—moving from creative updates to support without losing momentum.
• Information Architecture: A stickler for naming conventions and folder hierarchies (no "Untitled Documents").
• Logistical Oversight: Ability to coordinate lead times across 25+ different vendors to prevent stock-outs.

• Technical Troubleshooting: A methodical approach to resolving system glitches or user access hurdles.
• Professional Agility: Willingness to attend occasional after-hours events (a few times a year) and adapt to changing daily priorities.
Minimum Requirements
• Expert-level efficiency in Google Workspace (Drive, Sheets, Docs).
• Experience with Asana (or similar project management tools).
• E-commerce experience is preferred, but not required for candidates with high operational grit.
• Strong communication skills for vendor relations and light sales support.
