🔧 What you’ll be doing
- ⚙️ Designing and delivering innovative Workday integrations that connect systems, automate processes, and enable data-driven decision making
- 🤖 Supporting the rollout of AI-enabled capabilities across People Systems, ensuring smooth implementation and adoption
- 📊 Building and managing datasets, reports, and analytics that unlock workforce insights and enhance decision-making
- 🧩 Collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to deliver seamless system integrations across payroll, benefits, and beyond
- 🔍 Troubleshooting, maintaining, and optimising integrations to ensure accuracy, security, and performance
- 📘 Creating clear technical documentation to support ongoing system reliability and knowledge sharing

✅ What you bring
- At least 3 years of proven experience working within HR systems, People Systems, or enterprise integrations
- Demonstrated expertise building and supporting Workday integrations
- Strong knowledge of integration tools, APIs, and data exchange across platforms
- Hands-on experience with analytics, reporting, or dataset creation to deliver meaningful insights
- Understanding of system security, governance, and handling sensitive employee data responsibly
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and optimise complex systems
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across teams and stakeholders globally
- Excellent communication skills, translating technical requirements into practical solutions
- A proactive, customer-focused approach with the ability to prioritise in a fast-moving environment
