What You Bring to the Table
- Certified Veterinary Technician (CVT/LVT/RVT) preferred or equivalent hands-on experience
- Strong clinical skills including anesthesia monitoring, surgical support, venipuncture, and patient care
- Ability to remain calm and organized in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills with team members and clients
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
- Passion for animal welfare and client education
What You’ll Do
- Assist veterinarians with exams, diagnostics, and treatments
- Monitor anesthesia and support surgical procedures
- Perform laboratory testing, venipuncture, catheter placement, and radiographs
- Administer medications and monitor hospitalized patients
- Obtain patient histories and assist with patient intake
- Educate pet owners on post-treatment care and preventive medicine
- Maintain accurate medical records
- Support daily hospital workflow and ensure a smooth client experience
