You will operate as a strategic and hands-on sales leader, responsible for shaping regional execution, improving forecast accuracy, and ensuring disciplined deal management across complex enterprise accounts. The position blends leadership and active deal engagement, requiring you to coach senior account executives while also directly influencing high-value opportunities. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams including sales engineering, product marketing, and revenue operations to ensure alignment across the full sales cycle. This is a highly visible leadership role where success is measured by predictable ARR growth, accelerated deal velocity, and strong execution discipline across the field organization. You will play a critical role in expanding enterprise adoption, strengthening customer relationships, and building a scalable sales bench for long-term growth.
