About the role
As Head of Marketing, you play a pivotal role in the Bluecrux growth journey. You are part of the executive management team, actively contributing to company-wide decisions and are the driver behind the global Bluecrux brand. You ensure that the Bluecrux brand is on point and creates the right reputation, a reputation as a cutting edge global specialist leader in Technology and Consulting.
While the team brings strong creativity, ideas and market knowledge, your mandate is to bring a vision, structure, focus and scalability, without losing momentum. You’ll own the Marketing budget and are responsible for a marketing team of around 10 people.
Your scope covers Brand & Communication, Design, Events and Marketing Incubator Cell, focused on building and scaling new capabilities such as performance marketing, new campaigning approaches, AI enablement, modern content and storytelling.
Your key responsibilities include:
Leading the global marketing organisation and team towards stronger collaboration, prioritisation and business understanding.
Defining direction and setting structure by introducing clear processes, decision frameworks, timelines and ownership across marketing initiatives.
Owning the marketing portfolio: managing priorities, following up on delivery, ensuring scalability of initiatives and overseeing budgets.
Own internal and external communication, ensuring consistency and a high-quality experience for everyone that gets in touch with our brand (going from internal communications, internal events to employer branding and client events).
Acting as a strategic partner to the business by translating Go‑To‑Market and business vision into concrete marketing roadmaps and outcomes.
