As we grow, we're excited to invite a skilled Solution Consultant to join our Axon solution team. In this role, you will work closely with both our customers and our internal teams to bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation by defining, developing and deploying end-to-end solutions that drive customer success. You will work with complex big data environments, leveraging a software solution-oriented mindset and a strong commercial understanding to drive optimal results.

About the role
Domain Expertise: Build and apply a solid understanding of client & industry best practices, business processes, Axon solutions, technical architecture, and value proposition.
Integration Strategy: Bridge the gap between client systems and our SaaS platform by gathering business and data requirements to design and oversee scalable, end-to-end data pipelines.
Configuration Design: Design and implement custom configurations within the SaaS platform to solve complex client challenges that fall outside standard out-of-the-box functionality.
Expert Problem-Solving: Tackle complex or unique challenges that arise during client implementations. Deliver solutions that are technically robust, user-friendly, and tailored to client needs.
Client Communication: Engage directly with clients or support consultants in providing solutions when necessary.
Product Development Guidance: Participate in weekly alignment meetings with product managers and provide ongoing feedback to inform product development. Share insights into customer usage—both standard and non-standard—to shape product enhancements and future features.
Pre-Sales Support: Support pre-sales activities from solution perspective and participate in commercial engagements.
