Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering, analyzing and interpreting financial data to help drive strategic business decisions. This role provides day-to-day operational support to the Finance, Health Systems and Tri-anim cross-functional teams with a focus on contract and pricing compliance and governance, data analytics and reporting, and commercial support. This position will assist with the maintenance and administration of Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs) and Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs) contracts and formularies.

In this role you will work closely with individuals across all departments and levels within the organization. You will be heavily relied on to provide contract and data driven analytics to support all levels of management to drive the continued growth and financial success of Tri-anim.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Execute day-to-day maintenance of IDN and GPO contracted formularies, including assistance with annual pricing initiatives, ad hoc updates, mid-cycle changes and price uploads
Supports the preparation of data for GPO and IDN business reviews and assists in generating internal and external ad hoc reports and price files
Provides direct support to Tri-anim Health Systems, Sales, Pricing, and Customer Service teams to resolve basic contract and pricing issues
Coordinates IDN setups and parity analyses with internal teams including GPO and IDN membership management
Responsible for pricing approval review process for Contracted IDNs to assist the Commercial team in securing business while maintaining appropriate margins
Partner with Commercial teams to monitor key financial metrics and provide insights
Participate in building, modeling, and tracking of strategic customer performance
Ability to convert complex datasets and findings into understandable tables, graphs, and reports and present/articulate results to internal stakeholders
Develop ad-hoc reports and analyses to support decision making with the commercial team

Skills/Experience Required:
A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field
1-3 years of experience in financial analysis, contracts or revenue operations
Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Microsoft PowerBI experience a plus)
Excellent documentation and record-keeping skills
Results driven, self-motivated and able to work independently
Must be able to work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders across the organization
Ability to interpret and analyze large data sets, providing actionable insights
Experience with ERP and CRM systems is a plus (Dynamics 365)
