JOB OPENING
- Title: FAP Support Specialist
- Location: Ansbach, Germany
- Start Date: Immediately
- Job-Type: Part-Time On-Call (PTOC)
Part-Time On-Call (PTOC) = Substitute and replacement personnel for planned and unplanned absences at the ACS Office. Personnel should be available on short notice.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Fluency in English (reading, writing). Read, write, and speak English at Level 4 (fluency).
- Knowledge of MS Office, Email, Internet, and Customer Service experience
- The ability to present information orally and in written format (i.e., marketing, correspondence, minutes, professional emails, etc.)
- Effective interaction with various individuals is imperative.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Planning, programming, managing, and executing all functions necessary to provide Family Advocacy Program Services.
- Administrative actions (material requisitioning, Quality Control, financial control, meetings, and correspondence)
- Prepare reports, schedule training, and maintain the database.
