This is a Per Diem position (up to 19 hours per week) designed to provide essential coverage based on the needs of the program. If you value flexibility and meaningful, hands-on work, this opportunity is for you.
As a Caregiver, you will play a pivotal role in individuals' lives, making a significant impact through:
- Coordinate a plan of care for residents, and provide information and support for families in coordination with Hospice staff and volunteers.
- Decision making with guidance by Executive Director or Assistant Director(s).
- Act as a liaison to families and friends of residents.
- Help train program volunteers when necessary.
Caregiver Hourly Rate: $18.00 per hour
Caregiver Schedule: Per Diem – Up to 19 hours a week. Hours vary depending on the needs of the program. Flexible availability required.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
1–3 years of experience providing hospice-like care
Flexible availability to meet per diem scheduling needs
