ABOUT THE ROLE AND THE TEAM As Project Manager โ€“ Passenger Transformation, you will pivotal driving the internal transformation of the Passenger Services business unit. You will be accountable for Project Office governance, executive support, and change management. The successful candidate will oversee and monitor multiple transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, while also supporting leadership with planning, reporting, and communication. Reporting to the VP Product Management โ€“ Passenger Services, you will be a part of the Product Management Team responsible for the BU Passengers at Airport. WHAT YOU WILL DO: Transformation Program Oversight Monitor and track progress of multiple projects led by other project managers. Ensure governance standards are applied across all initiatives. Consolidate project performance metrics and report on overall transformation success. Executive Support & Coordination Prepare Steering Committee materials, decision papers, and executive presentations. Follow up on action items from leadership meetings and ensure timely execution. Act as a liaison between leadership and project teams to maintain alignment. Change Management & Communication Support planning and execution of change communication strategies. Coordinate messaging and engagement activities to ensure smooth adoption of transformation initiatives. Work closely with internal stakeholders to manage expectations and drive cultural alignment. Project Management Activities Manage selected projects directly (approx. 40% of the role). Apply project management methodologies to deliver on time, within scope, and budget. Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies. Governance & Reporting Maintain accurate documentation: dashboards, variance reports, risk logs, and lessons learned. Provide consolidated reporting for leadership, including KPIs and progress against transformation objectives. Qualifications WHO YOU ARE: University degree or equivalent. 5+ years of experience in project management or program coordination. Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives and monitor complex programs. Experience preparing executive-level presentations and reports. Background in IT or airline industry solutions is an advantage. Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to influence and follow through. NICE-TO-HAVE: Formal PM training (PMP or Prince2 preferred but not mandatory). Background in IT or airline industry solutions is an advantage. WHAT WE OFFER We're all about diversity.
