You will support the accurate and timely processing of core finance activities, including purchase ledger, expenses, corporate cards, banking and reconciliations, helping to ensure our financial records are reliable, well controlled and up to date.

Key Responsibilities

  • Corporate cards and business expenditure: Collect, code and post card transactions, reconcile statements, follow up missing information and ensure compliance with internal procedures.
  • Banking and reconciliations: Post payments and receipts, allocate cash, assist with bank payments, complete routine reconciliations and maintain accurate records.
  • Finance administration and controls: Support month-end preparation, respond to finance queries, assist with payroll administration tasks and help maintain effective financial controls.
  • Process improvement: Highlight errors, inefficiencies or recurring issues and contribute to practical improvements within the finance function.
