Job Description
The Branch Manager (Advice Center Leader) is responsible for the leadership and management of a team of financial service professionals in an assigned branch. Responsibilities include superior customer service delivery, employee relations and development, community relations, compliance with corporate policies, regulations and direction, and proactive development and growth of retail deposit and lending portfolios through demonstrated achievement of annual targets and goals. The Branch Manager acts as a management team member, participates in committees and on special projects as requested or required, and performs related duties as assigned.
