About this Position Join our team at Henkel Israel – Adhesive Technologies, the world’s leading adhesives business, delivering advanced bonding, sealing and coating solutions for industries such as aerospace, automotive, electronics, pharma, food and construction. The role is based in a dynamic, global environment and involves close collaboration with internal stakeholders in Israel and abroad, as well as international suppliers and manufacturers. It includes hands-on responsibility for planning, supply chain processes and continuous improvement initiatives across operations. What you´ll do Oversee the end-to-end (E2E) operation of activities with the company's external customers, from receiving orders to delivering them to customers while maintaining a high level of service. To maintain and increase customer loyalty, by building relationships. Manage ongoing activities in the SAP system, including Order-to-Cash (OTC) and Procure-to-Pay (PTP) processes. Plan and coordinate the production of the company's products with various manufacturers and suppliers abroad, including managing requirements and purchase orders. Lead and coordinate the weekly Sales and Operations Planning (S OP) process, ensuring alignment between sales forecasts, highlighting supply gaps, and managing inventory. Monitoring and control of import shipments with the various forwarders. Maintain responsibility for the SAP database, including the maintenance of SKUs and vendor information. Provide support for supply chain reports abroad, including presentations and Excel reports. Initiate and support projects that improve supply chain processes, efficiency, and cost saving
