As a Logistics Analyst in San José, Costa Rica, you will play a vital role in optimizing our supply chain operations and ensuring seamless movement of goods across our global network.
You will contribute by transforming data into actionable insights, supporting decision-making, and driving continuous improvement across logistics processes.

Essential Job Functions:
Analyze logistics and transportation data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement
Support end-to-end supply chain planning, including inventory management, demand alignment, and distribution optimization
Collaborate cross-functionally with procurement, operations, and external partners to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries
Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools to track logistics performance and support data-driven decisions
Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service levels, reduce costs, and improve operational efficiency
Ensure compliance with internal policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements across logistics activities
Contribute to strategic projects aimed at strengthening Arxada’s global supply chain capabilities
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or a related field
Proven experience in logistics, supply chain analysis, or a similar analytical role
Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, or similar)
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and drive projects to completion in a dynamic environment
Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and logistics processes is advantageous
Fluency in English (written and spoken); Spanish proficiency is a plus
