Job Description
To drive sales and ensure business targets are achieved for their area.
Post Graduate/ Graduate in any discipline.
- Responsible for the sales, collection, operations and central team co-ordination for the region.
- Target Achievement – incremental growth in the Book Size and maintain the health of the book.
- Sourcing Tie ups: Tying up with relevant sourcing agents in the industry and build alternate sourcing channels.
- Guiding the team for achieving the Business.
- Team Management and Its Productivity.
- Monitoring for the sales process and its effectiveness.
- Fee Income and Process Management.
- Train and provide technical expertise to Relationship Managers / Field Sales Staff on the various Products.
- Co-ordinating with the corporate team for restructuring products as per the specific regional need.
- Cross-selling of products.
- Maintain Nil NPA.
