About the Role: As an Overnight Residential Specialist, you’ll provide essential care and support to individuals with disabilities while ensuring a safe and restful home environment. While clients sleep, you’ll assist with evening routines, monitor overnight safety, and prepare for the next day. Schedule: Sun-Wed 11p-7a Pay:The pay for this position is $20.00 to $20.65. Location: Lemon Grove Who you are: · Compassionate, night owl who enjoys working overnight shifts. · Responsible and attentive, ensuring a safe and calm environment. · Team player who works well independently with little supervision. · Dependable and take pride in creating a comfortable home setting A typical night will include: · Assist clients with evening and bedtime routines (personal care, hygiene, medications). · Monitoring clients throughout the night, ensuring their safety and well-being. · Perform light housekeeping and preparing for the next day. · Document observations and report any concerns to the team. What you’ll need to be successful: · High school diploma or GED · Six (6) months experience working with individuals with disabilities · Valid California Driver’s License, current auto insurance, and a clean driving record. · A passion for making a difference—even at night!
