Marketing & Development Project Support (Temp)

At The Arc of San Diego, we are a passionate team dedicated to empowering children and adults with disabilities to live fulfilling, independent lives. We’re currently seeking a Marketing & Development Project Support Coordinator to join our team on a temporary basis. In this role, you’ll support donor stewardship, fundraising campaigns, grant reporting, and special event coordination. You’ll work closely with the Marketing & Development team to ensure smooth execution of development projects and donor engagement activities. Location: 3030 Market St. San Diego CA 92102 (Onsite 8a-5p) Pay: The pay for this position is $28.00 to $30.00 Status: 12 week temp position   What You’ll Do: Assist with donor communications and stewardship campaigns Support grant research, proposal writing, and reporting Coordinate fundraising events and manage logistics Maintain donor records and data integrity using Raiser's Edge Collaborate on direct mail and digital outreach efforts What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree and 1–2 years of related experience Strong organizational and communication skills Experience with MS Office and donor databases (Raiser’s Edge preferred) Passion for nonprofit work and community impact Why Join Us?Make a meaningful difference while gaining hands-on experience in nonprofit development and event coordination.
