Job Description

Position Summary
The SDM plays a critical role in driving growth within the  Machinery and Equipment  industry, responsible for industry insights, strategic planning, cross-team collaboration, and commercialization.

Main Task
1.    Industry Insights & Strategy
2.    Analyze energy sector trends and define development plans.
3.    Customer List Management
4.    Build and validate target account lists with clear prioritization.
5.    Sales Enablement & Collaboration
6.    Lead cross-functional execution with Sales, PAD, and Marketing.
7.    Data-Driven Management
8.    Produce monthly industry reports and support Salesforce processes.
9.    Guide SDM sub-team and align responsibilities.
10.   Find out the pain points of customer and develop correspond applications with APD
11.    Good communication with Global CS teams.

Requirements
Education

1.    Bachelor’s degree

Experience
1. Engineering background preferred (Machinery, Semiconductor, Robotics).
2. 5+ years BD/industry development experience.
3. Strong communication and cross-functional leadership skills.

Other skills

1.   Adaptive to frequent business travel
2. Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint; English as working language.
3.   Proved record of working under pressure
4.   Strong interpersonal skills
5.   Presentable to be effective engage with high level stakeholder of customers
