Technical Trainer

The Technical Trainer – Machining & Fabrication supports the development of a highly skilled, safe, and capable manufacturing workforce at our Israel site. This role designs, delivers, and continuously improves training programs for CNC machinists, turning specialists, metal fabricators, and assembly technicians who manufacture precision ultra high purity valves, fittings, and flow control components used across the semiconductor and process industries. The trainer partners closely with Production, Engineering, Quality, and HR to ensure team members achieve competency in machining, turning, assembly techniques, blueprint reading, metrology, and contamination control processes required for Ham Let’s world class manufacturing environment.
